Who we are
The ACP MEAs 3 is a multi-year, multi-country partnership programme established in 2009 with UNEP as the coordinating agency, in support of 79 Member States of Africa, Caribbean and the Pacific regions.

The programme is implemented through a number of institutional partnerships, guided by the European Union (EU), the Organization of Africa, Caribbean and Pacific States Secretariat (OACPS).

Implementation of the programme is supported by team of professionals from UNEP in Nairobi, regional offices of UNEP in Asia Pacific and Latin America and Caribbean.
